FullSizeRender-68Set in the culture scene of Zurich next to the opera house and the lake, the glorious Hotel Ambassador à l‘Opera with its individualised luxury and elegance, is located right in the heart of the city. As a part of the former Uto Castle, this neo-baroque style Small Luxury Hotel has a charm and uniqueness from the past.

FullSizeRender-69The great location of the hotel just steps away from the city’s more remarkable sightseeing makes it the perfect choice to explore the beautiful Zurich.

FullSizeRender-66From the panoramic roof terrace you can have a spectacular view of the city, the Alps and the lake while relaxing on sun beds or enjoying a delicious cocktail.

FullSizeRender-72The stylish and cosy room on the top floor of the hotel was more than i could ask for. Warm colours and beautiful designed furniture make the atmosphere peaceful and calm.

FullSizeRender-73A bottle of champagne was waiting for me in the room. I had a glass of it on the balcony right opposite the opera while I was watching the sun going down over the lake. A relaxing bath in the art deco style bathroom was a perfect ending to my day.

FullSizeRender-71The next morning, breakfast was served in the beautiful restaurant Opera next to the elegant lobby.

FullSizeRender-70The surrealistic-baroque wall paintings gives you the impression of being inside an opera. I picked a table near the window with a view of the opera while I was having the delicious breakfast. Also the awarded restaurant Opera is perfect for dinner before a play at the opera or a drink after that.
