Looking like it jumped out of a postcard, Hotel Marincanto has one of the most exquisite views of Positano and the endless blue of the sea. A heaven of light and peace appears in front of your eyes and all you want is just to be a part of all that.
A dreamy infinity pool with a Jacuzzi section in the one side can make you stay there all day long. Relax having your cocktail while watching the little boats and Positano’s houses painted in pastel colors. Next to the pool there is a big terrace with sun beds and umbrellas.
Classic amalfitan architecture in soft peach color is a real charm.
An exclusive beach club, in pure Positano style, is accessible directly from the hotel via a private staircase. Lovely blue and white sunbeds and umbrellas are waiting for you to have the real Amalfi Coast beach experience in the crystal clear water.
Getting into the elegant and sunny room I was happily surprised when I saw that my balcony had the most breathtaking view. I literally had all Positano under my feet and right in front of me the Li Galli islands.
Tip: Levis jeans and the new Asics Tiger are perfect for an afternoon walk. Don’t forget to try the famous lemon sorbet served inside a lemon.
Restaurant Al Marincanto offers typical amalfitan cuisine with a modern twist. It’s the perfect spot for a dinner with a view over the bay while the piano live music gives the final touch.
Mornings at Hotel Marincanto are unbelievable. The breakfast is served at the lemon tree terrace where you can enjoy your coffee surrounded by beautiful colors and the smell of the flowers.
The color explosion and the perfume in which the Marincanto is immersed, ensures that this magical place is indelibly imprinted on ones heart.
I absolutely loved Positano! Hope it was as magical for you as it was for me.
