Having experienced some of the Shangri La properties around the world I couldn’t wait to experience the signature hospitality once more, but this time from where it started.
There are three wings in the hotel-Tower, Garden and Valley, each offering its unique atmosphere. I was staying at the exclusive Valley wing with its very own private entrance. Entering the luxurious lobby the friendly staff offered me a glass of champagne and escorted me to my beautiful suite set on one of the highest floors.
The view from the room was breathtaking. You could literally see almost all of the city and of course the exotic gardens and the pool. The room was decorated in chic minimal tones and selected fabrics. The big crystal chandelier hanging from the celling made it even more extravagant.
Staying at the Valley wing you have the opportunity to experience a full journey of gastronomic surprises during the day. From the tasteful breakfast at a private lounge to the signature afternoon tea or the champagne cocktails in the evening.
An oasis in the heart of the city is waiting for you. Huge gardens with beautiful tropical flowers all over the hotel and the enormous pool to escape from the heat of the city. Relax and enjoy the summer days and not only.
